Arrival: Be at camp on May 27 by 3:00PM. Drop off is at Pine Lodge. Once you enter the property, drive straight until you see the WAM trailer. (Let us know if you need a carpool.)
Pick up FROM camp: May 30 by 2:30PM at Pine Lodge. (Please be prompt so we do not incur any late fees.)
Cost: The total cost is $330 per student, which included lodging, all meals, and instruction/rehearsal time, and any other fees associated with camp and the concert. Please make checks payable to WAM (Western Academy of Music) and in the memo line write Camp Fee and Student Name. If paying with cash, please put it in an envelope with student's name. Zelle and Venmo cannot be accepted for camp payment due to nonprofit tax laws.

What to Bring:
Music, instrument, rosin, shoulder rest, end pin holder
Bedding: Sleeping bag or sheets and blankets, pillow
Towels and wash rags, toiletries
Clothes: Enough for 4 days. Bring stuff for hot days, cold days, and rainy days! Nights are cold, so bring a COAT! Comfortable clothes, rain jacket ***bring extra pants, shoes, and socks in case you get wet in the rain***
Food: BRING SNACKS AND DRINKS!!! Many of us drag a cooler. There are a couple of refrigerators available in the 2 dorms for us to use, but a cooler is helpful. Some of you have dietary needs with allergies, vegans, gluten free, etc. Some of you just like your stuff. BRING ANYTHING YOU WANT TOO! The kids share snacks, so send a share item if you want to. You can just schlepp it home if the kids don't eat it.
Other: Money in case you want to buy ice cream and snacks at the "Snack Shack" and “Coffee Bar”, phone, phone chargers, tablets, flashlight, book
Games such as soccer ball, frisbee, board games, cards, etc.
Medicine and EpiPens! Please make sure to fill out medical form.
