Arrival: Tuesday, May 27 at 3:00 pm @ Pine Lodge
Pick-up: Friday, May 29th at 2:30 pm @ Pine Lodge (please be on time or we will be charged late fees)
Gate Code: Will be send mid-May
Fee: $380, due by 5/22. Cash with student's name or check to WAM or Western Academy of Music with student's name in memo line. Payments via Zelle or Venmo are not accepted for camp. (Please ask your teacher for the cost of you are a one day student, a Douglas County student, or alumni.)
What to Bring

Music, Instrument, & Rosin
Bedding: Sleeping bag or sheets and blankets, pillow
Towels and wash rags, etc.
Clothes: comfortable, enough for 4 days - Bring stuff for hot days, cold days, and rainy days, COAT (nights are cold!!!!), Raincoat and boots (it looks like it might be a wet year)
***bring extra pants, shoes, and socks in case you get wet in the rain***
Food: BRING SNACKS AND DRINKS!!! Please bring your WATER BOTTLE! Most of us drag a cooler. There are a couple of refrigerators available in the 2 dorms for us to use, but a cooler is helpful. Some of you have dietary needs with allergies, vegans, gluten free, etc. Some of you just like your stuff. BRING ANYTHING YOU WANT TOO! The kids share snacks, so send a share item if you want to. You can just schlepp it home if the kids don't eat it.
Other: Money in case you want to buy ice cream and snacks at the "Snack Shack" and “Coffee Bar”, phone, phone chargers, tablets, flashlight, and games such as soccer ball, frisbee, board games, cards, etc.
Medicine and Epi Pens! Please make sure to fill out our medical form.

What to Expect
Expect many hours each day of orchestral instruction with your teachers. Expect to becomes one with your section. Expect to make new friend. Expect new, possibly unexpected, adventures. Expect to come out a better player with wonderful memories.
